EAM Laboratory is committed to provide for our customers services thasat meet or exceed their requirements and expectations. We comply to the standards of ISO17025 and SAMM policy to ensure we deliver high level services on time and at a competitive pricing.

It is the policy of EAM laboratory to comply with the requirements of the standards of ISO17025 and SAMM policy to continual improvement throughout the operation.
It is documented in the Quality Manual and the HOL has overall responsibility for quality assurance and advising management and staff on quality related issues.

All laboratory personnel shall act impartially, be competent and work in accordance with laboratory’s management system.


The competency of laboratory personnel is evaluated through quality performance and the results issued shall be consistent.

The laboratory personnel shall avoid any involvement in any activities that would affect its impartiality.
